Use this form to send a Get Well Soon greeting to a Miles Health Care patient.  Please fill in all the fields to ensure your friend or loved one receives your message.  Once received, your message will be printed and delivered by a representative of the Patient Registration Department.

Messages are delivered Monday through Friday.  Messages received before 11:00 a.m. will be delivered that day.  Messages received after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the following business day.  Messages received on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

Important Note:

Please be aware that the Miles Memorial Hospital Patient Registration Staff will see your message when they print and deliver it.  For that reason, we ask that you refrain from sending confidential messages.
